My budget is $850.  I'm in the United States, and critics are welcome.

Since you got a non -k cpu you don't need the 212 evo

Also I have not heard of team elite ram and would suggest one of the main brands - Corsair, Crucial, etc other wise should be a nice performer

I would not go with team elite for ram, especially when corsair vengeance costs nearly the same.

Take another look at ram and see if corsair or gskill are within your budget ;)

Edit: corsair is exactly the same price. I'd say go for corsair.

That case..... I did a build in that case last year. I don't recommend it. I spent so much time working in that case just because my client wanted to cheap out and not spend a bit more money. Trust me, a case that is 60-75 bucks is way easier to work in than one that is around the 40-55 dollar range.

I rate 8/10

1 less point for display

1 less point for motherboard

My reasoning: 21.5" is just small.

Not a fan of Business grade motherboards just simply because they are not meant for any heavy workloads.

I might be (probably am) wrong about motherboard as i never owned one but thats my view on it.

Im not gonna recommend anything because im super nitpicky person and iy took me months to even finish my own parts list and that was excluding monitors :D

Connection200mbps / 12mbps 5Ghz wifi

I built my first system in that same case. I'll agree its not ideal, but for a budget case it works. Its real tight behind the momotherboard tray, and flexing the 24pin cable was a challenge. Its best selling feature was the 2 included fans.
