It looks to big to fit on a mAtx board unless you use the top and and bottom slot like I already said...

It looks like a double slot card, should fit yeah.

 

 

If you're going to sandwhich the cards together, it may be better to get reference coolers though, as theyll exhaust heat out of the case instead of onto eachother.

why wouldn't it work? There's tons of motherboards that have an additional slot when you plug in a 2 slot card.

 

As for MATX board, the gigabyte G1.Sniper M5  requires you to plug the cards in the top and bottom PCIe slot, which would mean that you'll have 3 slots of space for the top card.

 

It's probably not the only one either.

From what I can see, it's slightly thicker than 2 slots.
