I got a bandwidth of 90 mb/s down and up.

But when I download something in chorme is says 250kb/s!

 

Please help me!

did you try http://www.speedtest.net/? paste the results here.

it's working just fine, not everything downloads at your bandwidth's speed, the file which you may be downloading may not download at the same, hence chrome will show lower download speeds, not because of chrome, try downloading the same file over IE to test.

It's not always the downloadspeed you pay for. Most of the time it depends on the server your downloading from. If they limit the downloadspeed you can't do shit about it.
