Cheap and good doesn't exist on this planet. Just a thought.

Good chairs arent cheap, unless you are getting used, and even then its going to likely just be "cheaper"not cheap, my used chair was over $400

Not to get to off topic, but your "Redbeard (upcoming)" pc almost the same pc I am gonna be building,  I am just wondering what kind of case you have.
