How to activate OEM Windows 8.1?

How do you activate a OEM version of windows 8.1 PRO? Is it the same as the "Full-license" where you just input the key?

Yes. I have no idea why it even says OEM with windows 8 since you can just transfer the key all you want.  :huh:

Just search in windows for 'activate', it should appear as a setting.

Its not that. Its for a friend who is looking at buying the key.

i wouldn't suggest buying an oem key you should buy a retail i dont think oem's are meant to be sold but rather for oem computers.
