Seagate Barracuda Hard Drive fix?

Vicente Gomez

Hey guys,

So I just built my gaming rig. I have a 1tb Seagate Hard Drive and a 120gb ssd from PNY. My seagate hard drive isn't showing up in "My Computer". My PNY is showing up, however. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Go into disk management and make sure that it's initialized and formatted as NTFS.

Does it show up in the BIOS? Have you initialized the disk in disk management?

Also please post in the appropriate subforum next time.

That's just a default name for them. You can name them whatever the hell you want. Like, "Crazy Russian Tentacle Porn," for example.

Not sure, but maybe try making the new steam library first, and then making it your default, and download into it. Might work?
