How do i install my new GPU?

Hello guys, i have bought the GTX 970 Gigabyte G1, and i have been wondering if its a good idea to install it my self, if its fine can you give me a video for beginners that explains how to install a new GPU

Before doing this, make sure to not touch any metal contacts if you're not grounded or using any sort of static protection

Don't forget to uninstall old drivers :P

My PC Specs: CPU: Core i5 4590 @ stock speeds, GPU: RX 480 8GB, RAM: 16GB DDR3 @1600mhz

 

Case: Zalman ZM-T4,Motherboard: GigaByte GA-H81M-S2H LGA 1150, HDD/SSD: 2TB Seagate Expansion drive, 1TB Samsung Portable HDD, 160gb Intel SSD, PSU: 550w corsair cxm

You remove the expansion slot covers ... Slide your GPU down until you can stick it in the PCIe 3.0x16 slot ... than you are done ... 

... Life is a game and the checkpoints are your birthday , you will face challenges where you may not get rewarded afterwords but those are the challenges that help you improve yourself . Always live for tomorrow because you may never know when your game will be over ... I'm totally not going insane in anyway , shape or form ... I just have broken English and an open mind ...
