Why do In Win cases get so much hate?

Forget the super luxury cases they make like the Tou, S-Frame, D-Frame, 901, and 904. Look at the more standard cases like the GR One, 707, GT1, 503, and 703. They are all really great and featured cases for their price points and seem to get good consumer reviews. The "professionals" always seem to hate them though. It's like NZXT, Phanteks, and Fractal can do no wrong but if In Win makes it, it's trash

Not sure, I own an S-Frame and don't regret it at all, Its a work of art. :)

In Win is inside 9 when 7 8 9 so it bad... no they're just still all expensive. Find me a In Win case under $60 then we'll talk

It's mostly the costs the people get put off by but if your making it with more expensive materials like solid aluminum and especially not in as high volumes as fractal, corsair and the lot it will costs more.

I will probably never buy a case less than $60.  If you're spending that little on a case, it's not going to be super nice.  Besides, In Win cases are beautiful.  If I had the money for a Tou I'd buy it in an instant.

Basically put, their cheap cases aren't very well constructed and/or don't look very nice.

The Corsair 100R isn't too bad. The 230T is pretty good as well. The Source 210 is nothing exciting, but it's cheap and it's not garbage. N200 is great for mATX builds, Elite 120 is great for ITX builds. Fractal Design's Core series are worth considering, as are some of Silverstone's offerings. I always recommend HardwareCanucks if you're looking for a new case. Dimitri and his co-workers do very good in-depth reviews.

One of the most popular cases on Newegg, the GR One has dropped from $150 to $100. Very very popular case but most big reviews at launch said it sucked...I don't get it. I wish I hadn't just spent $170 on my 760T.

It seems their lower priced cases are pretty badly thought out, but their higher end cases are ok but just very expensive
