This one is nice for $120. It is a nice 60hz ips panel. It is only 22", but thats not that small for 1080p.

Depends what size you want

Personally I would get a cheap ssd, then whatever budget you have left, go and find the biggest monitor you can on craigslist.  I bought a 27" 1080p hp monitor for $100 and there is currently an Acer 27" 1080p monitor for $130 on my local craigslist, so the deals are out there.

 

An ssd will help with boot times on windows and really give you the speed and performance to match up with the rest of your build.  Just my two cents, take it how you will
