Windows Backup Utilities

Hello all, I am looking for a program that allows me to backup a drive. Are there any suggestions on such a program (that is free) that is easy to use and that allows me to back up and restore windows backups? I am aware of the options in windows 8, but am looking for a third-party solution. Any tips and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

if you want free just use what is included in windows it is good enough
