What are differences between Windows 7 vs 7 ultimate?

Windows 7 home premium cannot utilise more than 16gb of ram where as Ultimate can use up to 128gb I believe

Instead of ultimate I would go with pro.  The extra price for ultimate is just bitlocker I believe and you can get that anywhere.  I wanna say that pro just has xp emulation and the 128gb ram size.  How do you plan to use these OS's?

I use windows 7 Ultimate and well from what I can tell you get a descent amount of extra features.

yes it does you have to download it from microsoft also id stay with pro i always went with pro version from xp to windows 7
