Motherboard Choice For a i5-4960k

Hello guys I've decided to build a new rig for my birthday! So, I've picked out most of the components but the one thing I'm stuck on is the motherboard. I'll be getting a GTX 970 G1 and  Intel i5-4690k as the cores of my system. I've got kind of a tight budget left for motherboards so the choices right now boil down to:

 

1. ASUS Z97 Sabertooth MARK 2

2. MSI Z97 Gaming 5

3. ASUS Z97 Pro Gamer

3. ASUS Z97 Maximus Ranger VII

4. Gigabyte Z97 G1.Sniper

5. Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 7

6. MSI Z97 MPower

7. MSI Z97 Gaming G65

 

I'm trying to get a red-black color scheme but that isn't as important as performance. I really need your help. And I will be overclocking the 4690k with CM Neptune 280M as the cooler. THANK YOU :D

All of them are good, so get the cheapest one.

Anyways, regarding the 4690k, I personally have the MSI Gaming 5. I dont really use its feautres much, but I bought it because of its Bios options, but mainly because of its color. 
Just go for whatever is cheapest.
