which power supply should i use?

anagiotis567

So,I just finished picking out the parts for my new 300€ gaming pc and i don't know which power supply i should use?My system consists of 4GB of ddr3 2133Mhz RAM,and an AMD A8-7650K APU.For further information about my components, just ask.My PSU comes with the case,so my options are limited.I will either use the Hantol HC2803,with a 500W PSU or the PowerTech PT-149,with a 450W PSU.Which one should i get?

Neither, they dont sound reliable. Whats your PSU budget? What country do you live in?

New APU's come out very soon, wait for this one to go down or to get one of those.

Do not buy Hantol! They use cement inside their PSU's. Do some research and use PCPartPicker to determine how much power you need. I recommend Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, or Rosewell PSU's the majority of the time.

If you want my attention, quote my post or I will not see it. I ignore builds that do not use PCPartPicker.

Oh I see, you're looking at cases which come with included power supplies.

Don't buy either. Save up more and get a case and better quality PSU separately. It is EXTREMELY important to go with a good quality PSU.

As the person above me said, don't get cases that come with PSUs. Save up to buy a case and a GOOD QUALITY PSU separately.
