Parallels or bootcamp.

Bootcamp is unsmooth :c

He asked how it's done. These are the two most common ways it's done.

bootcamp is the best way to do this

It does not allow you to run Mac OS and Windows at the same time. Sure, if you don't mind rebooting, BootCamp is the best, W10 Dev Preview runs like a charm.

Any unknown button should be pressed even number of times.
