Im planning to upgrade my pc
My current specs is
i5 4570
4gb ram 1600mhz
Gtx 960

I will upgrade my mobo to a 4 ram slot and 2 way Sli
Do i need to upgrade my cpu? because i want to water cool it but it can't be overclocked

Do i need to upgrade my ram mhz? or make 4x4 1600mhz?

I would definitely suggest a RAM upgrade.

And if you want to SLI, that should be possible. (if you upgrade your motherboard)

The CPU shouldn't bottleneck it too (in most games), but really IMO watercooling is only helpful on overclocking CPU's.

You can of course put a water cooler on that CPU, but would it make a difference over stock? (other than more quietness..)

Nah, not necessarily saying you need to get higher MHz RAM. Just saying you needed some more RAM (4GB doesnt cut it really anymore... Games like more RAM now and other applications too).

In gaming with a dedicated GPU, it does not make a whole lot difference.

1600MHz is fine still.
