Why don't you just go for the bigger drive?
Unless you're video editing or capturing the improvement is minimal.

Any enterprise grade drive should be fine. Like the KC series for Kingston that Linus uses.

Honestly they're all pretty reliable. The Samsung drives, Intel in the higher end, Corsair Neutron GTX.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend me about 2 - 4 SSDs for RAID 0 that are about 200 - 400 GB in space, I just need them to be fast and somewhat reliable - I know intel has some SSDs but as I'm told they sacrifice a bit of speed for reliability

I forgot Corsair had some SSDs, I'll give those a look
