How to get good at making PC art

First post :o

Ok, so i know how to program C# with unity, and I know my way around unity. I would like to start working on a game, just to see what I can do. I have an idea already, but I can't put it into practice. I cant do PC art. I can't model, I cant draw (pc or irl), im pretty useless. I dont want to hire someone to do it for me, as this is not a game i want to invest money into. 

Do you know of any resources or places I can go to so I can learn PC art and modelling? Its the one thing Ive always wanted to be able to do, and now I have a reason for needing it :P

Join a good institute, you'll learn much more than you can watching videos..
