Replace the thermal paste on the cooler and make sure it is mounted correctly and securely.

Make sure you apply the right amount of thermal paste using the correct method.

Go buy some good thermal paste from a local PC hardware store, if you don't these high temps could cause damage to your CPU over an extended period of time

I did and i tried everything i could with my shitty first build experience...

I read a bit of those articles and i would suggest something.Clear the hdd(re-format it in another pc if possible) and use another thermal paste and remount the cooler. If none of those will work come back and we will try some more, but as i read it might have something to do with either driver or hardware compatibility or ram problems

did you secured the pump correctly it could well be that you didnt screwed in all the screws and also if you touched the thermal paste and or reput it few times you may have some air boubles. and did you connect your pump to cpu fan header? make sure your pump is working

Follow these instructions, report any developments. Full system specs could be useful, too.

By the way, please follow your topics ;)

Ok ill try that.

Everything is secure. And the pump is working.
