iPhone/iTunes Issues

Today I plugged my iPhone into the pc to sync(which I have never done before). With my ipad it works fine, but now it gives me the option with my iPhone to set up as a new device or restore from a backup. What will setting up as a new device do?

It will delete all what is on the phone, if you just wan't to sync it I recommend Syncios

It will erase the thing.

Any way to just sync?

It will delete anything that has been synced with the phone previously (It shouldnt delete and data that is stored normally on the phone - on synced data - so any music and photos synced from a previous PC)

I just want to sync some apps and stuff anyway to do this without and data loss?
