Well frozencpu doesn't anymore, they don't sell anything anymore.

"custom" means "customized" which means you do it yourself or pay someone to make one for you, because if you just buy one from a retailer then its not custom

 

so maybe you should elaborate what you mean by "custom" and maybe there is a normal case that you can just buy that already has what you need

 

the closest thing to custom (but is not completely unique) is caselabs where you can choose the type of side panels
