All 4GB run at 128bit, while the 970 is 3,5GB at 224bit + 0,5GB at 32bit

Check out tech of tomorrows video about it on youtube! If i remember correctly there was a very small diff in perfomance!

not all games benefited from the extra vram..some didn't have any..(in terms of fps)
