Well the APU build only has 1333MHz RAM, which is not something you want on an APU build.

To be honest, save up a bit more.. Get an i3 4160, some cheap motherboard (because with the Pentium you kind of need an (expensive) overclocking board) and get a 2nd hand GPU to get close to the 300 USD

This, pls never get a pentium for gaming.

FLAME WAR!

For games, the Intel/NVidia fight grinds the AMD one into the ground.

Well that is not 100% true, AMD is pretty good in the low end CPU's, with the AMD Athlon x4 860K.

It's a pretty good real quad core CPU :)

And as for GPU's, in the price range of the 750 Ti you have the R9 270(X), which is pretty great too :)

The 270X is even a bit better than the 750 Ti in terms of performance. The 750 Ti however runs cooler, uses less power and actually doesn't require any 6 pin connectors or something

So please don't try to start flame wars with overly generalized statements

Hmm yeah, I might have misunderstood your post a bit.

I thought you meant Intel+Nvidia is better than AMD in gaming all the time, but you actually just meant this Nvidia+Intel build vs. that AMD build.

I see, my apologies!
