A..... All of them.

B.....Please don't repost questions, if someone wasn't going to help with the first (that's still in the recent posts queue) they're going to like you a lot less for the second question (Are we there yet?)

Audio (if you are using internal), LAN, INF and the two Intel ones. Rest isn't that important. VGA only if you are going to use integrated GPU. Utilities is up to you. I don't have almost any installed from Gigabyte. Only one for occasional driver update check and in case I need to do BIOS update with that.

The one saying SATA Floppy Image could be SATA driver with funny name. Intel Rapid storage thing will give small boost for older HDDs.

soo do i need the floppy thing or not ... ???

I honestly can't say. If you have problems with windows seeing drives and theirs speeds, then yes. But they should work without it also.

That varies so much per mobo that I can't say for sure. Sometimes internet will just work, other times you will need to install LAN driver first. You will still get CD with drivers if you buy this mobo new. You can use that. Or download all drivers with another PC and place them to USB stick.
