used malwarebytes

Did quick Virus Scan

60-75c when using Aida64 or prime 95

So it's not the temps...

Do what @pants18 said. Use Damn Small Linux or something like that to see. If it still happens then it's a hardware problem.

try booting onto a linux live cd to see if its hardware based or software based?

Try Ubuntu 15.04 and check that you TRY IT LIVE NOT INSTALL IT. Hope I made that important enough :P

Download Ubuntu 14.04 here and use LiLi USB and make about 2GB of Persistence on a USB flash drive.

Tried it ive tried using a totally different cable

Unplug your GPU before doing the Linux thing. See if it boots without a GPU.

probably damn small linux for this but honestly does not matter. And you can make your own live cd (or live usb stick if you dont have a cd drive). Download the iso, mount it onto the flashdrive or cd with 7-zip or a similar program, turn off your computer completely, when it posts select the boot option and boot from the desired drive. The new os will run entirely off of the flashdrive and completely bypass your windows install. If it is stable, then you have a corrupted windows installation, but if it also crashes then your problem is hardware based.

Holy crap man replace your PSU/GPU! NOW! Your PSU has issues, that or the GPU has issues. Any other GPUs you can test with as with the PSU?

also i have a gt520 which i doubt works

EDIT: Doesn't really matter as the 520 uses like no power.

Don't even try. Use a different PSU with the same GPU.
