hey guys, i will be buying a gpu soon, within the next 2months, considering buying the GTX 780, which is around £560 ($850). Just wondering if there's any alternatives which could perform better i.e. 2 cards in sli...or any other cards for a similar price...all opinions are welcome.

thanks in advance

like i always say, 780 is a BEAST of a hardware if you have the money it is well worth it. (and looks so sexy)

1 to 2 months?

You are approaching the release of AMD's 9000 series cards in that timeline. I would wait. It might be worth it.
