get a cheap cooler like a hyper 212, and dont overclock

 

will much better than using the stock cooler

dont worry about it ambient temps dont seem to affect it that much seeing that my temps in canada and egypt were roughly the same

Liquid Cooling or Phase change

 

or ln2 if you want to be extreme

 

If you have air cooling then you can't do much, since your temps will always be higher than ambient temps
