My windows rating is still the same as the results of when I had my 750ti

My benchmark is 4x more on ultra settings but when I launch csgo on high settings it stutters every ~5-10 seconds

This is my first day with it and I have coil whine when I'm doing my windows rating test but I didn't notice any during the beginning of benchmarking.

I really just want to fix my csgo fps, I am tired of playing on low/medium and it's having the same issue I had with stuttering on high with my 750ti...

did you ever own a AMD card in the past and not remove all the drivers entirely or just nuke windows? (By that I mean reinstall, that's what I did going from AMD to Nvidia.

Remove old drivers, install new drivers.

I have no issue with my 970 g1 gaming :/

Also, what is the limiting factor of the windows rating? it might be that your GPU wasn't the thing holding it back.

Sort of, I took my laptop HDD which probably has the drivers from AMD on there.

How would I delete those?

Opps not a low score on windows (max is 7.9 and I have it), there's just a problem with my primary hard drive - which is an SSD so I'm confused...

750w is for expansion unsure if I should SLI

Probably isn't our problem but don't mix ram brands :) Buy a new set of the G.SKILL ram,,exact kit and sell or save the other ram for if you ever wanna do a build for someone on a budget.

There's no problem with it so I don't need to, I don't have a window case anyways and it's not noticeable

that's not why, mixing brands can be problematic, different chip sets ect.

Mixing rams is never a good idea.

i5 2400 | ASUS RTX 4090 TUF OC | Seasonic 1200W Prime Gold | WD Green 120gb | WD Blue 1tb | some ram | a random case
