Office Depot PC hardware section does not know how to PC hardware

My life is consumed by CS:GO, even though I'm not exceptionally good at it.

You forget that the average PC user wouldn't know the difference. Which is exactly what stores like office depot and best buy prey upon.

You'd think they'd at least have an actual PCI card section with GPU's and sound cards, etc, though.

Agreed, but it can kind of be overlooked as there are USB sound cards.

I'd be surprised that they even had that section. I'm still surprised that best buy sells fans, specifically only one brand, that starts with an A, and if you look at it you can just tell it's complete shit...

I have an office depot within walking distance of home, like 2 blocks away. Let me tell you they haven't got shit for hardware: they sell some decent laptops, an arraw of crap AIOs and a metric ton of chinese tablets.

 

However it's still very useful for me as the nearest store me where I can get some basic peripherals and stuff: I got my keyboard, mouse, several cables, usb hub and tons of air cans from them, simply because they're close to me. That's a valuable service still even if their selection is shit.
