If I had 3 overclocked titan Xs, Watt (Pun not intended) do I need? Because I have a machine with 1 Titan x, but in 5 Months I'm adding a second Titan x and probably a third titan x after that and I'm going to overclock them.

5820K does not support Tri Card Configs. That is the reason it's price is near the same as a i7-4790k.

For three-way SLI, you need the 5930K, and you'll want a good quality 1000W for three Titan X. The EVGA G2 and GS are great choices, as are the Seasonic X.

i believe there's 28 lanes on the 5820k (right off the top of my head) so that means you're running 3 8x PCIe lanes. Most mobos ahve at least 1 x16 lane, but I'm not so sure if it will automatically downgrade it to 8x

Technically it will go into your rig, but it will render all if your cards useless.
