yes i ran that game fine yesterday

removing the files from the steamapps/username/garrysmod/garrysmod/addons folder should do it

 

before you do that however, make an archive backup of the subfolder somewhere, just in case.

no, steam should download your addons again when you redownload the game. just delete your addons folder

if that doesnt work right click on it in your steam library -properties- local- verify game cache
