Problem with ASUS VW246H

Desktop looks nice, everything ok with every background photo, but when i'm opening photo with windows photo viewer it looks sucks as well as pictures on the web (facebook, twiter).
When i take screenshot of the photo it looks even more sucks.

On the same photo pixels are different sizes. Usually blacks and greens are bigger.

help pls
