I am planning on setting up a new pc, Will be running on two different NVIDEA cards

the existing GTX 660 and a new GTX 970 without SLI

will be running on two different monitors for each separate cards

will there be any concerns regard different cards?

will it run better with SLI if one monitor is intended for gaming while the other one streaming netflix?

There's no point in doing that. Just run everything off of the 970 and sell the 660. Also you can't SLI 2 different cards. You can only SLI the same card (970 w/ another 970)
