i downloaded removewat.exe cause i was told it would make my windows genuine but instead i got alot of adware downloaded and my is running slow now and every time i remove adware it re installs itself somehow. anyone know how i can fix this? p.s. the person i got this from said its genuine windows but a month later it stopped working and said its not genuine

That's what you get for pirating your OS and downloading a .exe claiming to make said pirated OS appear genuine.

Run a Malwarebytes or ccleaner it should take care of things.

 

If it doesn't work it may need manual removal.

Move over programs and documents to a USB/other drive and re-install, you can certainly do other things like running CCleaner and Malwarebytes, but by re-installing you'll certainly get rid of it.
