before you get a 980ti you should upgrade your OS

Ah, yeah, most of the computers in my school still use xp lol, though they have pretty much all visually pleasing aspects of it turned off, so it looks pretty much the same as windows 98 and runs about the same too xD

you forgot to change the direct3d feature_level.
