Trying to get a higher single core cinebench... I can get it to run cinebench at 5.2ghz on all cores, but it crashed a few renders before it completed @ 1.415 volts max temps were around 71c. Since temps are fine can I up the volts a little? Btw I'm using a Noctua d15 air rules

For the purpose of benching, I don't see why not. Just don't run 24/7 like that, or you may see some extreme degradation.

1.4+ is a lot higher then I'd like to run on an Intel chip

In winter, I sat at 5.0Ghz stable at 1.34v (idle 30C / Load 60C), but as its summer now its toned down a bit to 4.8Ghz.

Not sure what my stable 5ghz is, but I can run cinebenches at 5ghz @ 1.30v

My Athlon x4 630 does 1.42v at stock for a huge 2.8GHz.

 

Please only use 1.4v+ for benching purposes. Turn down that clock to something stable at 1.3v. Try 1.35v if you still aren't satisfied with the clocks your chip can get at 1.3v.

As you can see in my sig I can get 4.8ghz @ 1.225v... I'm just trying to get 2nd place in the single score cine benches on here
