R9 290x Refurb for $260? Should I?

Link?

it's $300 atm but if you wait a couple days it dips down to $270-$280 often. If you need a card like right now then I would just get an XFX R9 290 for $270. (not 290x) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202079&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

So at my local micro center there is over 10+ Diamond Radeon R9 290X (Refurbished) 4GB GDDR5 Graphics Cards. They are selling for only $260 USD. Does anybody think this is a good deal? I mean, they are refurbished which makes me a little nervous but its a 290x for $260. They come with reference coolers too so is there anything aftermarket I can buy?

Is it reliable?

Should I go for it?

THEY ARE THE PRODUCERS OF ALL THE HOT AIR!

Also if you recommend Liquid Cooling TELL OP FIRST!  He doesn't seem aware that the R9-290X (non X too) ARE SUPER HOT CARDS!

Because he had a hard drive.

Ok make that Clear, I don't want people getting the 290X's and be scared to death when the Card seems to be a Dragon!

And yes there are Coolers for it but do you want to Liquid Cool it?

Because he had a hard drive.

I have like $280 right now and Id prefer to actually go to microcenter and buy it just because Ive has issues with newegg. Ig I got a kraken g10 and an h60 it would be the price of a new 970 and Id rather get that.
