Wondering all the parts I need

So I've been reading around and I've gathered some intel I'm just confused on what I need, I have water blocks (3) for my titan x's and I don't know what other parts to get

If someone can type or help out on a 3 way SLI kit or what I need and I'll buy it from EK or frozencpu

I want a full loop :D

because we ended up talking about how sli effects moniter ressolution which dosen't awnser op's question

OP has a couple of questions and a few posts in other threads. Basically copy/pasting the same text and looking for a hand out without doing prior research.
