When I single click it double clicks. Help?

This is a really common problem with the Deathadder. Call them up and ask for a replacement.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Yeah - the exact same thing happened to mine - cleaning it didn't really help. Either that, or I didn't clean it properly. Still, it's a common fault. If you're still under warranty send it back and get a new one or get a refund.

I sent it back, got store credit, then got myself a g502 and couldn't be happier. <3 That scroll wheel.

If you're not under warranty, your best option is probably just to try cleaning it.

I had that problem on Razer Naga after 2 years of use and used electronics cleaning fluid on switches, it lasted another 6 months. Then I went to corsair sabre and don't plan to use Razer mice again.

You should try to determine whether it is actually a hardware problem before requesting an RMA. My DeathAdder 2013 double clicks because Synapse 2.0 is a horrible piece of software, especially on OS X.
