what kind of design ? im using illustrator n stuff everyday as well as playing games, and a 4790k will be more than ok

also, that psu is WAY too much, you will never need 1600W of power.

Just saved your $1700 No need to thank me. Same specs, Will run just as good. Better monitor, Some nice ram and if looks matter I picked some good looking ram.
