I've just found an old PC and for the life of me I can't find any information about It online, I've attached an image of what comes up when I look at the device manager but I just don't know what it is.

My plan was to get a newer CPU replacement to make the computer a bit more powerful but I need to know the socket to do that

Either a celeron d 347 or 346, the socket is plga 775.

That's either a Celeron D 345 (LGA478), Celeron D 345J (LGA478), Celeron D 346 (LGA775) or Celeron D 347 (LGA775).
