My current PC build:

CPU: AMD-FX8120 2.8GHz

GPU: AMD Radeon 270x

Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. GA-78LMT-S2P

RAM: 2 x 4.096 MB Transcend Information DDR3 @ 667 MHz.
HDD: 500 GB WDC WD5000AAKX-001CA0 ATA Device
PSU: HKC 550W
Windows 8.1 Professional

Now here's the problem. i'm currently playing battlefield 4 and skyrim alot. Battlefield is around 40 FPS on 1080p with everything on ultra, and the same with skyrim.
I want to play skyrim with alot of mods and an ENB wich enhances the in-game look amazingly and its FPS hungry as f***.
I just want to play with 60 FPS so i can game without lagging hard :(
I want to upgrade my Motherboard, my CPU and i want an SSD.

But i don't have a big budget.

For my Motherboard i was thinking about the: MSI 970 GAMING, it costs around 100 euro here in Holland. (for future GPU upgrades + RAM)

For my SSD i was thinking about the: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB, it costs around 100 euro aswell.

For the CPU i am not entirely sure. i was thinking about the AMD FX-8350 (171 euro)  or the Intel i5-4690k (251 euro)

Do you guys have any suggestions about my plans? maybe the same performance but lower price products?

Thank you for reading this. I hope you guys can help me out. I'm not that smart with the hardware and i just need some help.

Edit: By the way.. Heat is a great impact on my choise aswell!

fx8120 needs to go. definitely go for intel. my buddy has 270x with a xeon and bf4 on ultra is 80 fps+.

If I were you I would get H97+ i5 4460 and maybe later upgrade the gpu, it's definitely good enough for now.

Thanks voor je advies, en ja ik heb hem zelf gebouwd :)

Kan ik je misschien ergens op toevoegen zodat ik wat meer kan vragen?

If you want to change CPU i5 4440 and cheapest good brand H81 motherboard you can find is best bang for buck option but changing GPU is better idea IMO.

So you're saying that i have to keep the CPU? im the kind of person who has 5 chrome tabs open + some programs on the back ground. i got the idea that my CPU is bottle necking my GPU in some games...

Your CPU is not great but it won't bottleneck 270x, what is your budget?

Around 400 euro

If you change GPU, CPU will be bottleneck but GPU is what is most important in gaming and 270X doesn't cut it. But you should get around 200€ if you sell your CPU, MBO and GPU which leaves you with enough money for SSD, CPU, MBO and GPU. I suggest haswell i5 with cheapest compatible MBO and best GPU you will have money for, you should have enough for R9 290 maybe even GTX970.
