its not a very small itx case then ....if its fits that big cooler

That's a very expensive motherboard. I suggest you change that to an ASUS Z97i-Plus or and ASRock Z97e-itx/ac.

 

You could also choose a GTX 970 over the 280x or use the saving from the motherboard and go with an R9 290.

I would almost rather get this GPU, for the short form factor, and the fact that it's a 970 with almost no price difference.

I'd still not buy the Maximus VI Impact. Its expensive and other cheaper boards will just work as well.

The daughterboard could also interfere with air coolers.

SeaSonic SSR-650RM is a better and less expensive psu.

 

Thanks for the advice but think I will stick to corsair for there legendary warranty and RMA because to me its worth it for the 10$ just in case something goes wrong.

If you must buy a psu marketed by Corsair, I would urge you to consider one of their other models. The RM series, (built by CWT), is not known for its component quality. The HX-650, (built by Seasonic), would be an excellent choice

That is one expensive mobo.
