A Similarity.

beach_boy98

I thought about this the other day. Nvidia are kinna like apple for phones because they lock things down to make everything consistent.  However Amd are like android because it is quite loose and most things can do it. The thing that doesn't make sense is that we are harsh on apple for locking things down but not Nvidia. Think about this.

Please dont fire fight or fanboy.

But Nvidia makes actual good products *grabs popcorn*

/jk , not wanting to start a fight :P

But yeah, there are similarities, but you can't exactly compare that stuff.

It's a vastly different market we're talking about.

See what you are saying but they do have similar marketing strategies.

I suppose, but you're still very much comparing and OS to a GPU.

Or phones and tablets and laptops and more and GPU's.

But still, Nvidia does indeed have a higher price and some more driver support (similar to Apple's warranty and customer service I guess..), while AMD does all that stuff at a lower price point.

Maybe a bit less of whatever.

This guy is totally right. And Nvidia is like Mac because windows sucks. Also AMD GPU's are WAY more efficient in heat output than Nvidia. Did I mention that console gaming is superior to PC?

Ha ha very funny. I was just stating an observation i made.
