I'm building my PC and it's coming close to the time for it and I still need help picking a graphics card. I have 3 options:

MSI Radeon R9 280 Gaming 3GTwin Forzr

Or

Gigabyte Radeon R9 280 3GB Windforce

Or

XFX Radeon R9 280 3GB Black Edition Double Dissipation

Here's the current build - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Zy4Rbv

What does bottleneck mean? Please explain it to me. And what CPU should I get if the 6300 isn't good?

Bottleneck means where part of the system performs more poorly than the rest and slows the whole system down as a result.

For gaming AMD are rather behind Intel at the moment CPU wise so at the high end people are sticking to K series i5 or i7 CPUs.  If thats not in your budget AMD do offer lower cost alternatives.  The AMD 8350 seems to be the go to CPU for those who can't afford an i5.

But why not a 6300 or 6350? They have 6 cores, 6 threads, 8MB L3 cache, what's bad about all of that. Also it has high clock speeds

Not a huge amount in it on these benchmarks but they are old games.

Although it seems some modern CPU intensive games like Crysis 3 have a massive difference.  The 8350 doubles the fps of the 6300

Those are really bad cards. I would recommend a Nvidia GeForce GTX Titan X Black or this:

These are the two most powerful cards on the market.

My PC/ CPU: Intel i5-4690k with ColerMaster Hyper Evo 212 / Motherboard: Asus Z97-AR GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti / OS: Windows8.1 / RAM: G.Skill Ares Series 2x4 1600Mhz / Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM Optical Drive: ASUS 24B1ST / Network: TP-Link WN881ND /////////////////////////// If I fail to respond to your questions, please message me! That benchmark run was flawed, Techno Kitchen in comments said they had several cores disabled on FX 6300, dont ever use this video to assault FX 6300.

.........?????

Yeah. Look at the benchmarks. ATi is actually better.

It just goes to show that getting the worlds most powerful card isn't all that great. Its called that just because of the Nvidia fanboys. The ATi fans got right.
