It can be ordered from Newegg in the US, PC Case Gear in Austrailia and eBuyer in the UK afaik

Desktop: Intel Core i5 2380P (2400 w/o iGPU), MSI H61, 8GB RAM, 256GB SP610, 500GB WD Blue, HIS R9 280, Antec TruePower Classic 550W, Inwin MANA 134, QNIX QX2710, CM QuickFire Rapid, Logitech G402

yeah i know but this one is a little bit bigger and it also has a higher upgrade of fan.

The fan won't make much a of difference as the included fan on the Universal is quite good even though it's a thin fan. I have the H5(bought via Newegg FYI) and I ended up replacing the included fan with a slightly modified Rosewill Hyperborea because it was quieter.
