Motherboard suggestions?

I've heard great things about ASUS and Gigabyte motherboards.

If you get the I5-4690k, get either ASUS Z97I-PLUS or the Gigabyte GA-Z97N-WIFI.

if you get the I5-4460, motherboard will be much less important, but I'd recommend ASUS H97-PLUS or Gigabyte GA-H97N-WIFI

I am conducting some polls regarding your opinion of large technology companies. I would appreciate your response.

Motherboard suggestions?

I'm not experienced with ITX motherboards.  If you want to overclock with the 4690k, anything Z97 with decent reviews should be fine.

If you aren't overclocking with the 4460, anything H97 with decent reviews should be fine.

Should I get a overclock-able motherboard and i3 Or i5 and budget itx

You can't overclock an i3. I would get something like an i5 4440.

Also, I wouldn't recommend this.  Save for the i5 version.

Budget of about £200. I need a cpu and M-itx motherboard. Thanks for the help

If you can somehow stretch your budget to 233 quid, this is your best option:

If not, a locked i5 is still incredibly powerful, and you are on a Z series motherboard which allows for future upgrades to a "k" series chip if you would like to overclock.

Bottom line:  Buy that motherboard now because it is crazy cheap, and has a ton of features.

EDIT*  Whoops, I thought ITX, not mATX, let me recheck.  Either way, still a fantastic deal for that mobo and you might want to consider buying ITX anyways because that deal is too good to pass up.

Some potential mATX motherboards:

ASRock H81M-HDS - 40

ASRock Z97M Anniversary - 67

There are a few other motherboards options inbetween, but the way I see it, you either go for the low end or mid to high end because the price difference between the mATX H97 motherboards and the mATX Z97 motherboards is minimal, so might as well get the Z series for future upgradability and features.  The biggest issue is compatibility.  There is Haswell, and Haswell Refresh.  You need to make sure you are buying compatible parts, motherboard and CPU.  If in doubt, ask here before pulling the trigger on a purchase.  We don't want you to end up buying stuff that isn't compatible.

I still think that ITX motherboard deserves a long hard look because of its incredible price and features.  Most chassis are able to support smaller size motherboards, but double check.
