Apple makes router's?!?

I'm currently in the market for a new router, I have a 2 story home and the one I have now is not making the cut. I was looking online and saw that Apple of all people makes router's! The reviews on them are 9/10, mostly. Can anyone confirm that there good or any recommendations to another router? BTW I have close to 15 to 20 devices on the WiFi at all times.

I have one, (parents are apple fanboys) and It works great for me. I really only consider that value to be there for time capsule though, and that only works with apple computers (I believe). 

Overal a pretty good dual band router, though it lacks replaceable antennas.

For $200 USD you can do much better imo.
