were you talking about making the thumbdrive bootable?

 

use Rufus

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

yea rufus should work

personally I use wintobootic

http://www.wintobootic.in/

all you should have to do is download the iso or make it from the dvd..and load it into rufus or wintoboot..and pick the usb drive and push start

like the program or the iso image thing, when you would put in a disc/disk and the installation program would pop up and begin, and be able to do the same for a boot up to be able to select the usb as if it were a disk/disc to being installation
