FIXED IT BY UNINSTALLING ALL DRIVERS WITH DDR AND REINSTALLING. ALL DONE

Uninstall current drivers before you install new card. Install drivers with both cards in at one time

Yup I did not download the latest drivers so I will just do a clean install once I put my cards in tomorrow.
