New (and first) PC Build!

Here's a PC build that I've been longing to build for the past 4 years, and the parts list has changed a lot over the course of 3 years. Until I finish this build, I will have been doing everything I've been doing on a meager laptop, called the Sony Vaio Probook Duo 13, with Intel HD 4400 integrated GPU, and an i5 4200u, and 8gb of ram. I know it's horrible  :D. I can barely manage 30 FPS on easily played games like CS:GO and TF2, on LOW SETTINGS!!! It's extremely pitiful. I've never been able to play AAA titles without frame rates dipping below 10 fps. With my new build, I'm planning to have my own water-cooling loop, that will only cool CPU and GPU. The whole build is planned to be a black/red theme. I'm also planning to OC! However, without further ado, here's my full parts list, and feel free to add comments to give your own recommendations! EDIT: I probably won't be receiving the parts for another month and a half or so, but I'll keep you guys posted!

My stylizing suggestion would be to not do black/red.  Everyone and their mother does that color combination because it's so easy to do.  That said, if you really like it then go for it and have a great time building your computer :)  You selected high quality parts and will have a very nice rig.

Is it only for gaming and general usage? In GTA V PC (not sure if you playing it), the 4790K actually performs 1 fps worst than 4690K. Not sure why thou but I did hear some where before that the 4790K will either perform worst than 4690K (by like 1 or 2 fps) or the same.

Spoiler
